    The business environment is constantly changing; therefore, effective and efficient management requires learning and applying the latest techniques in management in order to advance your career and become a more valuable manager. Our certificate and associate’s degree programs will prepare you to assume first-line supervisory positions in business organizations of every type. These positions might be in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, materials management, distribution, governmental agencies or nonprofits. Most opportunities for those completing the program will be in first-line supervisory positions with a career track leading to higher levels of management.
