ORPHEUS - SJCC Composer's Society Concert

LOCATION: Monte Blue Music Building (C5) - Corbin Hall

On Thursday, April 23 at 7 p.m., an Orpheus concert, under the direction of San Jacinto College music professor Joseph Schenck, will feature original selections by student composers, performed by students. The repertoire includes “Fanfare for Brass Sextet” by Adrian Loftin, “Twa Sisters” by Thomas Grove (Twa is an eastern European surname), “Clarinet Solo” by Elisa Cantu, “Nocturne” by Frank Gomez, “Incorporeal” by Allen Campos, “Cello Duet” by Sean Tighe, “Skyscraper Sunset” by Brandon Davila, “Patience” by Travis Hopper, and “Concerto for Oboe” by Chris Haugh.
