San Jacinto College sets culinary, cosmetology open house

The San Jacinto College cosmetology and culinary arts programs will host an open house to allow people to meet faculty members, tour facilities, and watch students present live demonstrations.
The open house will take place Tuesday, Nov. 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the North Campus Interactive Learning Center, Room 124, located at 5800 Uvalde Road in Houston. Light refreshments will be served.
Culinary arts students will present cooking and pastry demonstrations. Cosmetology students will present braiding, hairstyling, and facial treatment demonstrations.
Information brochures about the two programs will be available for visitors. Tours will also be available of the North Campus cosmetology and culinary arts facilities.
