Fitness and career coaching lined up for August at Community Education Center

The Community Education Center at San Jacinto College has released its August schedule full of events that are open to the public.

All events are free and available to anyone in the community who wants to learn more about health and wellness, career readiness, college resources and job training opportunities. This month brings highlights such as a Fitness for Seniors workshop and a workshop on résumés and interviewing presented by United Way and THRIVE. The Center is located at the San Jacinto College Central Campus, C-1.108, and hosted by the Continuing and Professional Development division.

Below are the upcoming events for August:

The Community Education Center is open Monday through Thursday from 12 to 6 p.m., and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. All events are free; however, pre-registration is required. To register, call 281-478-2786.
